This website and its general enquiry form are intended for adults, clubs, schools, businesses and other organisations. Children and young people should ask a parent, carer or trusted adult to contact us on their behalf.
Do not send sensitive details here
Do not place a child's name, medical information, photographs, address, safeguarding history or other sensitive information in the general enquiry form. Share only the minimum information needed to begin a conversation.
Reporting a concern
If the concern relates to a club, school, childcare setting or employer, use that organisation's safeguarding procedure and contact its designated safeguarding lead. For a concern that is not urgent and specifically involves Resolute Sports Technology Limited, email hello@wearesolute.co.uk with the subject “Safeguarding concern”. This inbox is not monitored continuously.
How we respond
We will limit access to the people who need to know, keep an appropriate record, and refer a concern to the relevant organisation or authority where necessary. We will not promise confidentiality when doing so could place someone at risk.

Each product supplied by Resolute Sports Technology Limited must operate alongside that customer's safeguarding procedures, permissions and staff responsibilities. Technology supports good safeguarding practice; it does not replace trained people, sound judgement or statutory reporting duties.
